Reverse: PM TR P COS III•, Bonus Eventus nude, standing facing, head left, holding corn-ears in his lowered left hand, patera in his outstretched right hand.
Reference: BMC 175; Calicó 1328; RIC II.3², 201. Hairlines. Well struck and centered. Good very fine.

An attractive aureus of Hadrian with a particular early portrait of the young Hadrian with a bigger, slightly curvy nose, obviously slightly before his portrait sophisticated and idealised under the influence of the Hellenistic culture.
